These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you visit or use www.lift-insurance.ca and any related webpages, forms or online features operated by Lift Insurance Inc. 1. About LIFT Insurance
1. About LIFT Insurance
LIFT Insurance is an Ontario insurance brokerage regulated by the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (“RIBO”). We help individuals, families and businesses explore insurance solutions offered by third-party insurers.
This website is intended primarily for people and organizations seeking insurance services in jurisdictions where LIFT and the applicable insurer are authorized to operate. Products and services may not be available in every province, territory or location.
2. General information—not insurance advice
2. General information—not insurance advice
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, risk-management or insurance advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice based on your specific circumstances.
Insurance needs vary. Please speak with a LIFT broker before making decisions about coverage, limits, deductibles or risk. If website content differs from an insurance contract, binder, certificate, endorsement or other policy document, the applicable insurance document governs.
3. Quotes, applications and coverage
3. Quotes, applications and coverage
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, sending an email or speaking with us does not create an insurance contract, bind coverage, change an existing policy or guarantee that insurance will be offered.
Coverage is effective only when it has been expressly confirmed by an authorized representative in writing and all applicable insurer requirements have been satisfied. Quotes are subject to underwriting, eligibility, availability, insurer approval and the complete terms, conditions, limits, deductibles and exclusions of the policy.
Do not use this website or email to report an urgent claim, request immediate coverage, make a time-sensitive policy change or cancel a policy. Contact your LIFT broker or insurer directly and obtain confirmation.
4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all quote, application and policy information and promptly telling us about any error, omission or change that may affect coverage.
